At Oryqelis Desarrollos Colaborativos S.A. we handle personal data with proportionality, transparency and clearly defined purposes. This document describes how we collect information at oryqelis.com, for what objective we use it and which rights you can exercise.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily share through the contact form (name, email address and message), together with technical information generated by your browsing (anonymised IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited and duration of the visit). This technical information is only obtained when you provide consent for the corresponding cookie categories.
3. Purposes
Data is used to reply to queries, share information about listed initiatives, improve the quality of the site and, when authorised, for measurement or advertising actions. We do not carry out automated decisions with legal effects over users.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data) and, where appropriate, on the legitimate interest in managing the functioning of the site and answering specific requests.
5. Retention
Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Technical data linked to cookies follow the durations described in the Cookie Policy.
6. Recipients
We do not commercialise or transfer personal data to third parties. We may use contracted processing services (for example, hosting providers or measurement tools) that act under our instructions and confidentiality commitments.
7. International transfers
Some tools used to improve the site may imply transfers outside Argentina. In those cases we require appropriate data protection guarantees and we only activate those tools when you provide the corresponding consent.
8. Rights

9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information from unauthorised access, alteration or loss. No measure is completely infallible, so we work on periodic reviews of our practices.
